We are experienced in all areas of Admin and Curriculum networks and standalone systems such as Espresso Education. We are CRB checked and hold £5M of public liability insurance.
What will a BlueBuoy Managed Service Contract give you?

- Full desktop support for all curriculum PCs - including on-site fault diagnosis and correction;
- Regular proactive server maintenance - including disk defragmenting, hard-drive utilisation checks, Windows updates, Event-log and service checks;
- User creation, modification and deletion;
- Anti-Virus monitoring;
- Back-up monitoring;
- Software installation and configuration;
- Printer installation and configuration;
- Network monitoring and maintenance;
- Unbiased IT Consultancy advising staff of the changes in technology and recommending solutions that fit both budget and requirements;
- Projector filter cleaning and bulb replacement.
